What we collect
Code Works collects only what you send us: your name, email address, phone number, organisation, country and project description when you fill in the quote or contact form, and your email address if you subscribe to updates.
We also record the IP address and browser string with each submission, solely to block spam and abuse.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, prepare a quote, carry out agreed work, and send you updates about your request.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. This site carries no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.
Where it is stored
Requests and messages are stored in a database on the server we run this site on. Access is limited to team members who hold an admin account.
If we email you, that email passes through whichever mail provider we use for outgoing messages.
Cookies
We set two cookies: one remembers your chosen language, and one keeps team members signed in to the admin panel. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Your light/dark theme preference is kept in your own browser storage and never reaches us.
Retention and your rights
We keep requests for as long as they are useful as a record of our work. You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, at any time.
