A small website is typically two to four weeks. A web application or mobile app is usually six to twelve. Games vary the most. We give you a dated plan with the quote, and you see working software long before the end date.

Normally a deposit to start, a payment at an agreed midpoint, and the balance on delivery. For larger projects we split it into monthly milestones. We accept bank transfer and the usual local methods, and we invoice properly.

Yes. Once the agreed amount is paid, the code, designs, domain and hosting accounts are yours, and we hand over every credential. If you want to move to another developer later, nothing stops you. We think that is the only fair way to work.

Yes — in meetings, in writing, and in the product. We build proper right-to-left interfaces with Arabic typography that is chosen rather than defaulted to, and we test on the phones people in the region actually carry.

Often, yes. We will read the code first and tell you honestly whether continuing or rebuilding is cheaper for you. Sometimes the answer is rebuild, and we will say so even though it is the bigger job.

Every project includes a warranty period where we fix anything that was in scope, free. After that you can take a monthly plan covering hosting, monitoring, backups, updates and support hours — or handle it yourself, with our documentation.

Yes. We work across two time zones on purpose, which means fast replies for clients in the Gulf, North Africa and Europe. Everything is done remotely, with calls whenever they help.

That is the normal case, and it is fine. Describe it in your own words — a paragraph or a voice note is plenty. Turning that into a specification is part of what you are paying us for.
