Launching is the easy part. Six months later the certificate expires, a library needs a security patch, the disk fills up, and nobody notices until a customer calls. We host and look after what we build, and we will happily take over something another developer left behind. That means monitoring, security updates, off-site backups you can actually restore from, and a person who answers when something breaks. Monthly plans are deliberately simple: hosting, monitoring, backups, updates and a number of support hours. No tickets disappearing into a queue.
